For me, it's a choice between Turian and Krogan. Turians have look cool and have a militaristic attitude that I like. And Krogan don't need a justification.

Quarian. the most mysterious species really. They get kicked off their own planet by a species they created and now have to just drift around. that and there really good with their hands.
