I say the 2nd one just for pure nerdism. Also not a fan of skull or heart tattoos and the 1st option falls into both of those categories.

I would get some quote or something, but they'd be from a song or some overly famous person. Plus, I tend to prefer pop culture stuff, because I don't really have many personal things that are worthy of getting tattoo'd on my body.

I read on these forums about a guy that just asked the tattoo artist to draw whatever he wanted and it turned out being awesome. Don't take my word for, the tattooer you get may do something crazy.

Current is the one word that jumps out at me there. We've been together a long time, but i wouldn't get her name tattoo'd on me. Too many people i know have done that and had the relationship go to shit not long after.
