I usually go to bed after 3AM. Its around 5AM these days but I'm 19 and waiting for uni to start again. On uni days i usually go to bed around 2AM and get up at 8AM.
i have insomnia so i go to bed at around 1 but i usually dont fall asleep until 2:30-3:00am. it really sucks too. i try to deprive myself of sleep so i can go to sleep faster but it never works. i have also tried going to bed earlier but i find myself awake even later
If I have nothing to do the following day, I go to sleep usually around 5 A.M. During school, I go to sleep around 12:30 A.M. and get up at 6 A.M. I am 16.
Depends on whether or not I have shit to wake up for (uni or work) but recently I haven't slept before 3am and hit 9am yesterday before I finally hit the hay (people waking up was my cue...). Oh that and I'm always up by 12... 21 old
