Always a Dunmer. Not only are they the main race of Morrowind (which is the best of the best), but they make great everyday-men. Magic, Swords and bows, they know it all. ^^

Argonian and I tend to go for a more Warrior style of character.

I know, it's a bit of an odd combination.

Argonian. Why? Because I want to be a god damned half human half velociraptor. Is that too much to ask for?
This description is the icing on the awesome Argonian cake.

I usually always play Argonian because of this reason, that they are just TOO cool not to play :D

Although there is just a part of me that want to try being an archer and (I think) that Bosner are the best race for that, although I may be wrong it has been a long time since I last played Oblivion.

In fact, I might just go play it now :)

I'm not sure, i guess I'll make up my mind when i finally play it.
But yeah, character creation is not a favorite of mine. I mean, i overthink everything, i think I'm a bit of a lunatic for this. Every character I've ever made took a LOT of time to create. And not because i try to make the perfect character, but because i just can't make up my mind. Do i want his eyebrows be dark gray or slightly brown??? AAAAARG dammit.
Yeah, it's really a pain. I created a Dragon age character once, took me 2 hours to create him, then played a bit, and made a new one (in a hour, this time!) because i didn't friggin' liked how his chin looks. For fucks sake, i mean most of the time I'm wearing a helmet, it's not that important. But i can't be with that. I HAVE to make a new one. Seriously, i hate stuff like this.

Believe me, when i make a character in D&D, i take a lot of time, too. Most of the time I'll make up my name and alignment when the game's already started.

Orc for the blunt skills. Or a High Elf for some kick-ass magic while still being able to use a sword

I think you should have had Nord on the poll and put Breton with Human races.

Anyway
I'll be playing as a Nord Barbarian. I always play as the province's race first.
Morrowind: Darkelf (Custom Warrior Class)
Oblivion: Imperial (Custom Knight Class
Skyrim: Nord (Custom Barbarian Class)

But after that I shall Play as my Darkelf from Morrowind (My 2nd character is always the same guy, he's saved the world 3 times over the space of 250 years)

It really depends on how they updated the game engine. I have to say the non human races were just.... grotesquely ugly to me. A lot of that had to do with facial sliders and how they effected each other.

You actually gave the elves all poll options, but not Nords? You disappoint me.

It doesn't really matter. The amount of characters that I will make will probably be in the dozens, but most of them will probably be either Nord, Arconian or Bosmer.

If melee is still as overpowered as it was in Oblivion, I'd be going with Nord, because then it kind of feels like I'm fighting for my homeland as opposed to being a hero for hire imported from Cyrodiil.

Of course, if they made magic a bit more survivable, then definitely high elf. I love me some high elf.
