Anything added with Broken Steel are fucking nightmare.

Overlords, Albino Radscorpions and Ghoul Reavers are all giant pain in the ass.

I'd say Fawkes, don';t get him angry, you won't like him when he's angry. If not him, then maybe the Feral Ghoul Reavers, those glitchy ass bastards are fucking insanely difficult to kill on hard.

Dogmeat, yes he's on your side but he will kill everything, I just keep him at home because he kills everything. He took on 3 enclave soldiers and 2 officers and walked away with ONE missing bar of HP. He took on that huge mutant and walked away fine somehow. It's impossible to kill the bastard so he's at the top of my list. He's never come close to dying to any enemy that I've run into
