My old one was the best sounding guitar chorus from Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes.
My new one is the last chorus from Cliffs of Dover by Eric Johnson (I recorded this version from Guitar Hero 3, practise mode)
If i get a new one I'll probably be the intro guitaring from My Apocalypse by Escape The Fate.

My SMS tone is SMS by The Barcode Brothers. (people usually have the first 30 seconds, but mine is the full song).

Mine just rings. I've never really cared to listen to a loop of a section of a song for a ringtone. A simple ring-ring is good enough.
That, and I'm probably one of the few in my town have that, so I know it's my phone. I once heard a Plain White T's song bit play at Burger King, and 4 people looked to see if it was their phone.
A ring is heard, I'm the only one looking at a phone.

EDIT: Though I am thinking about setting it up so that the CODEC signal from MGS is the ring tone^^
