Poll: When is Torchlight II going to be released?

Pre-orders have been open for a while, but still no release date. So - in lieu of actual facts - I'm opening the floor to wild speculation!

In addition, what class are you planning to start with?

Well considering they thought they'd have Torchlight 2 & 3 out before Diablo 3 and the original release was set for summer 2011... I'd have to say that Runic has no clue what calendars are.

I'm thinking August now, since beta has been going for a while, and with Guild Wars 2 (not much similarity there, I know) having just been announced, they may too. That and the late summer rumor has been around for a while.

Wish it were sooner, though. But I'll be happy if it is before September.

They must be caught in some residual valve time or something.

I'd say it's probably best to forget about it entirely and then be surprised whenever it does show up.

I don't know, but months, possibly years before a console version, which makes me sad because I freakin' love torchlight.

See, PC gamers? We're even. Let's hug it out.

Oh, and if they still have alchemist/battlemage (that's what he is, face it), then I'm playing as that. The other two classes were fun, but alchemist was always my favourite.
