Europe - Denmark, at least originally.

Been living in Ireland for the last 3 years, because that's where work has taken me. Dead boring place if you ask me, stuffing red hot pokers in my eyes would be an improvement to having to watch these... well, I suppose girls, wearing their track-suits, shopping with their kids, in spite of being only 15, makes me sick to my stomach.
Oh, and the Internet connection over here is crap.
About the only good thing to come of it is that I found a girlfriend over here.. Who's from england, ironically.

Which probably means that I should get out of bed and wish my mom a happy mother's day, but I digress.
Sweden here too.

Just felt that I should say that while you were making that post, thinking about getting out of bed, I was already up making omelette for my mother. Shame on you, is that all she get for squeezing you out?

Yup, I'm from England - Buckinghamshire to be precise.

I like England/Britain but I'm not that patriotic in a 'defend your country verbally to the death' sense unless I come across one of those goddamn American Exceptionalists.

I don't have anything against any Americans except those who believe that they are better than anyone else BECAUSE they are American. Those who can't even compliment another country without feeling they've betrayed mums own apple pie. Those who decide that the entirity of the American military is somehow better than ANYTHING else ever.

According to one stupid wanker on Youtube the SAS would be 'humbled to train alongside the US Army'. Whilst the USMC have a more exacting [small](right word?)[/small] recruitment standard than any other non-American military unit/organisation.

Oh, and courtesy of the same idiot there are two more pearls of wisdom:

1) 'god I hate you fucking british. your shithole of a country has nothing ever to be proud of.'

>My reply - What about the largest Empire in the entire world? We used to own you.

2) 'oh, oh, oh really! the onlything worse than your knowledge of military training and other army stuf is your knowledge of history YOU NEVER OWNED ANY OF AMERICA!'

Again, I have nothing against Americans, I have just never seen a French Exceptionalist or an Andorran Exceptionalist.

Europe, more specifically one of the few - yet in relative terms surprisingly many - escapists hailing the small nation Denmark [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/Danish-Escapists].

Such a lovely nation [http://www.theonion.com/video/denmark-introduces-harrowing-new-tourism-ads-direc,14403/].

Europe, specifically England, and I was born in a city in Yorkshire called Leeds. I want to move countries though, I don't want to stay here for the rest of my life, I want to spread my wings a little bit :)

Well, I've baked a chocolate cake for her, so I'm sure she won't mind that I only got out of bed some 3 hours before I usually get up ;)

I'm from hungary in europe, we almost took half of europe over in the 6-7th century but we got bored and settled down instead
so be glad you all still have your puny little countries

we also invented matches, so without us you'd still be banging rocks together to light your cigarettes

I am from County Louth, Republic of Ireland, Europe. It looks nice here but can be a bit boring.
Person from Ireland made the first submarine with internal combustion lemons engines.

I'm Turkish, which is kinda between Asia and Europe.
(It's gotta rich culture and history, lol in case your thinking of traveling or something :p)

However I was born and raised in Australia, which is quite nice, with all the beautiful land, but we always get stuff late and expensive.....plus the whole "R18+ issue" here is a ***** :(
