I want you to look at Black Ops and then I want you to look at Modern Warfare, Treyarch can't even make their character models have normal looking hands. You have a right to your opinions and I am required to respect them, but I also have the right to think your opinion is ridiculous, It's not even opinion when you are arguing aesthetic and graphical quality, It's a matter of fact that IW has better looking games.

I agree with opinions being fine; however, let's get a definition straight.

aesthetic: pertaining to, involving, or concerned with pure emotion and sensation as opposed to pure intellectuality.

aesthetic has everything to do with opinions

So, concerning emotion which (let's do some psychology here) is the result of thoughts which are dictated by moral code which are dictated by all perceptions of experiences in our lives.

So, yes, it is my opinion, and it can be anyone's opinion, that the aesthetics (or "look" as you put it) of iw cods are less pleasing than treyarch cods.

Again, I don't disagree that you can have your opinion of the games, but aesthetic opinions are personal arguments (the thing you're required to let someone have).

Anyway, no, I think that they are just business supplying game for people. I blame the writers for not being imaginative.

No, they are not ruining the gaming industry. EA and Activision simply supply people what they want. If they weren't doing whatever it is that gets them to be perceived as the boogeymen of the gaming the world, someone else would.

Your exactly right. They are like the Big Hollywood Producers of the gaming world. They can churn out bad, cheesy movies. However, they do have the ability to occasionally make something of worth.

EA churn out identical sports games year after year, and then a game like The Sims or Dead Space comes along and they are sort of redeemed.

I don't think they are ruining the industry, but some of their conduct is questionable. (treatment of employee's,) and praying the day that FIFA will end comes soon.

I have a chip on my shoulder over Activision and it's shameless killing of the 007 Goldeneye reboot, but i loved Tony Hawk games growing up, and their attempts at innovation make them just appealing to the market rather then truly trying to develop the medium.
