Poll: Where did you get that avatar?

Read the title.

I started thinking, when i realized what my own avatar was. (Why yes, that IS Jackie Chan in white and orange clothing laying down in the snow with some unidentified object to his right.)

When i read an individual post, i ALWAYS look at the avatar and the name of that user, to look for a connection. But sometimes i just dont get the relation between the name and the picture.

Please tell me, because if i think about this any more, im going to... Well, im going to waste more time.

I got "Dango" from the anime Clannad. The "Dango Daikazoku" is a constant symbol in the series. And from the same anime comes my awesome avatar of Fuko. Fuko is my favorite anime character and the picture is of her (rather cutely) stumbling as she does her normal entrance. And also, like Fuko, I love starfish.

Most of these are more "Why is it your username" but whatever. It:
- is totally me
- matches my username (or rather the other way around)
- I use it everywhere (except in Mount and Blade: Warband where, in singleplayer I go by my real name (Pheonix Dark), and in multiplayer I go by the name Squinty McAngry-Face)
- and lastly has to do with my personality. I think.

While I don't play Pokemon anymore, I really like Pikachu. And when I got into a relationship, the Buneary represented that. That has since ended, but I still really like the pic, so partly the non-existant "personality" option, and partly that I just always use it. All of my avatars have always been Pikachu since I discovered the internet.
