Poll: Where do you get your music?

Well in the US, today is Record Store Day, the biggest day of the year for independent record stores. Bands show up, exclusive CDs are sold, free swag is given out. I for one am a huge fan, and I always stock up on Record Store Day.

That got me thinking, where do you guys get your music? I myself like owning a physical disc, so I get my CDs from independent stores, mainly because I like supporting smaller businesses, and they're more willing to do special orders and they know your name.

I download all my music - it's a lot easier, and significantly cheaper. However, if I really like an album, then I'll probably go out and buy it, in which case I buy my music from either HMV (because I don't really know any independent record stores), or Amazon, because I can get literally any album from there at a relatively cheap price.

Let's just say the internet, but not iTunes, Amazon, or any of those...

I use a site called Grooveshark [http://listen.grooveshark.com/], that let's me play my music in my browser.
I also have a multitude of songs in my iTunes that I've downloaded.

iTunes and Amazon for most of it. Otherwise, I look for used CDs at a place called Spin Street near my house.

I dunno. I just get it from a music store. Whichever is the most convenient.

If I really can't find a CD I want, I order it off Kalahari or Amazon.

I download most of my music, but for really special albums/bands I'll order the CD off Amazon or head off down to the local record store to pick up some vinyl.

iTunes........If I hear a song I like, I just Shazam it, and iTunes it up

I download nearly all of my music.

Most CDs I own have been bought at gigs, or I've bought them at signings (so most of them are signed too).

I listen to alot of smaller bands without record labels. So I usually end up downloading their music off of cdbaby or other establishments there like.

I mix it up. If I see something and like it I'll usually get it there and then.

I haven't bought a physical music CD in years...

I buy most of my media as downloads nowadays.

I'd rather have the physical CD, but since I don't know of any CD stores around here, I get it from iTunes.

I download it from youtube, which is proving more and more difficult with all the DRM and the WMG shit. Although if I have the opportunity I buy CDs if it's an artist I listen to more than one song from.
