Taste.

I could eat all of the healthy foods and stuff, and wouldn't care or mind about the taste. It would be awesome!

If you can still keep taste after losing smell, I'd lose smell. My nose is crappy anyway for some reason, I'm not at all sensitive to smells. Unless they're bad odours, so it'd be like an advantage when I can't smell unwashed people.

No way would I lose my sight. I'm terrified of being blind. Being deaf is more manageable, in my opinion.

Also, I'd like to still be able to enjoy boobs, so touch is out of the question.

This thread buys into the common misconception we have only five senses. We have many more like pain, pressure, temperature, itchiness, desire to urinate/defecate. Some of those don't sound that awesome, but there's also our sense of equilibrium and acceleration.

Plus one of the most awesome senses of all, proprioception or the sense of where our body parts are in relation to each other. Close your eyes and point to your nose or big toe, you'll be remarkable accurate, even if someone else moves your arm around for a minute.

Edit: But taste-smell-hearing-sight-touch in that order. Touch would be the worst to lose, a lifetime of trying to avoid getting leg ulcers and bed-sores everyday.
I know there aren't only five but I was just curious as to which of these five people would be least hesitant to give. I wanted to keep it simple.

But with the full gambit it creates some interesting decisions. Like equilibrium or hearing? Pain or knowing when to go to the toilet?

Sight.

Music, food and intimacy are my three absolute loves. I don't need to see to enjoy either.

I like how basically everybody chose smell. It's just the least useful.
Slightly over 50% is not "bascally everybody".

And smell is much more useful than taste.

Smell is the weakest of the five senses, and we in no way depend on it in our daily lives. While it's a damned nice addition, we simply don't need it in the way we need touch, sight and sound. Also, I've picked taste because it's more powerful, if more limited.

Well it's the majority. Food is tasty. I want taste. And yes, I'm aware that taste is so much to do with smell but like the OP says, if you choose to give up smell you wont loose taste. Win-win?

Smell

There's not much that I think smells good, and nothing that I think smells bad, and I've been knelt over a pool of vomit cleaning it up. I notice "bad" smells, but they don't bother me, so this sense is pretty much useless to me now.

In order of importance for me:

1: Touch. This encompasses noticing pain, temperature, feeling objects, everything. The only life truly too sad would be one with not being able to feel any affection, or anything at all. Touch is what makes the world seem... real.

2: Sight. This one speaks for itself, and I like my computer and not being run over...

3: Hearing. Not having any good person to person conversations would be horrible, and I like being able to hear things, people, music and all that.

4: Taste. Chocolate is good, and it certainly tastes better than it smells. But I wouldn't give up any of the above senses for it.

5: Smell. I don't use it much, my ability to smell is crap and considering that my parents are vets with many many pets, what I smell normally is crap.

Bye bye smell, I never needed you anyhow...

Well, let's see...

Not sight, for obvious reasons. Not hearing, for pretty much the same reasons. Not touch because then I couldn't feel pain and might hurt myself on accident or something. Not taste because food is awesome.

So if I had to choose, I'd say smell is the least useful.

good bye taste.

Smell is very important, not least so that you can tell if you have BO or whatever.

Smell. It's either smell or taste that are the least useful, and I rarely eat things I can't stand. However, if I lose my sense of smell then I can't smell all the bed smells... farts, pertol, BO etc.

I could give up taste. That, to me, is purely aesthetic. I need the other ones to live, you know determine what's safe and what isn't.

I'd lose touch, I don't even know what it does!

I'm not losing my beloved food or music and obviously not sight so touch it was.
But you wouldn't feel sex!

Personally, I'd let taste go. Then I could eat anything I wanted.
Don't you mean orgasms >.>?

Anyway, seeing that change which kinda makes the choice pretty easy, I change mine to smell! Then again when the room begins to smell funny from a fire I'm probably fucked D=
