Poll: Which COD did you like better?

I loved World at War. The Russian campaign was the finest campaign I've ever experienced in a war game. Nazi Zombies was brilliant too. Treyarch is far better than Infinity Ward IMO. Hell, I'm already sold on Black Ops since it'll have Zombies as well.

CoD 4. Bye far. I have been playing that game for almost 3 1/2 years. Sure the multiplayer had some annoyances (M40a3 acog... urg) but it really is amazing. Mw2, on the other hand. I was looking forward to it for so long, pre order n everything. I berely kept my attention for 6 months. Yeah. Quality of content>quantity.

WaW because I hate all the weapons in MW2. Not to mention it felt plain and boring compared to the first MW.

I was pretty fond of WaW's campaign, but haven't been a fan of any of the COD multiplayer.

I liked WaW because of the story line, I enjoyed it twice as much as MW2, my only complaint for it is that veteran should not involve the AI pulling grenades out there asses and throwing them with pin-point accuracy. That is bullshit but everything else is amaxing.

COD:WaW's campaign and Multi(Nazi Zombies anyway) beats everything that MW2 has to offer in terms of Campaign and spec ops, though MW2's regular multi looks like it has a longer lasting appeal than WaW's multi(damn over powered MP40/juggernaut whores)

W@W's online, despite the MP40 being the only weapon you would ever need, was better than MW2.

W@W's campaign had a good story, despite the crappy Americans ending. MW2s was appalling.

I personally enjoyed both quite a bit, but given the grenade-spam SP and the fact that I found Nazi Zombies to be painfully, painfully overrated, I'd give the edge to MW2. But again, both are solid.

Though obviously, neither holds a candle to CoD4.

On topic: I havr CODMW2 and played CODMW and CODWAW...I can't choose because I haven't played WAW to get a real judgement on it.

This. I have much fonder memories of playing COD2&3 with friends than any of the new ones. I just wish more games would allow splitscreen online multiplayer, one of the reasons I prefer halo to the newer CODs.

I've consistently liked Treyarch's CODS more than Infinity Ward's. I loved 1-3 and really liked WAW as well. I overall preferred WAW to MW2 in essentially every respect. (Understanding that I've only played Multiplayer MW2 on PC so it was shite (the service, the gameplay was still fun). I played some of MW2 campaign on Xbox but I still didn't like it as much as WAW.
