i had a friend who was mexican...used to live in toronto...only hung out with the latino gangs...one day hes throwing up gang signs on a wall, and a bunch of another "hood" come and beat the shit out of them...some of the older cats in the gang came out took one of the rival gang members beating up my friend and shot him...
came to my friends conclution that hes gunna hang out with the whities, no whitey shoots people in the back of the skull for spray paint, so he came and hung with the white kids.

O my. Well I'm really torn in...multiple pieces actually. I lóve European classical music, I'm a big jazz fan (from American origin) but I also love Japanese taiko. Asia, USA, or Europe...hmm, well jazz really stands out, so I'll go for the US.

I'm British, but we haven't made good music since the 80's, and that was cutting it close. All the British bands these days that seem to be called 'indie' all have hideous northern or london accents. Its a fucking joke.

America just owns at the whole rock/punk-esk style, even if it is a bit underclassified now. Just look at what came out of Seattle in the early 90's. You never get stuff like that here.
