In the words of the awesome Aqua song, Back to the 80's!

I still complain about missing out on the eighties by four months. Ridiculous, I know, as a baby you don't even notice these things, but still.....

None of these the only good decades were the ones between 1900 - 1945. Purely because of the fashion and the excitement.
Unless you were a non-white, in which case I'm sure that period sucked.
Only in the States you would be fine in Ireland or Britain. Britain because they had them for so long the hatred had pretty much disappeared in Ireland you would be fine because there would be lots of Novelty to your existence. Besides with all the Heroin and other opiates floating around legally it wouldn't really matter.
No, this might surprise you, but the U.S. didn't invent racism. Just because they didn't have lynchings or racial segregation doesn't mean racism was non-existent there.

I gather you didn't hear of the 100 Romanians that were harassed by thugs and scared away from their homes in Belfast just a couple of years ago.

I would have to go for the 90's, seeing as that was the decade that encompassed my teenage years.

As for the worst (that I experienced), the 80's. They were grim as fuck. Something about the 80's makes me shiver. Thatcher, heroin, urban decay & the possibility of getting nuked by the soviets. Even as a kid at the time I picked up on the general malaise.

the 1940's, mainly because more historically important events happened in that time period than any. The nuke, D-Day, Pearl Harbor, first Jet fighter (German's ME-262), first guided missle (V2 rocket, crudely guided but it kinda worked), holocaust, all the other WII nonsense, the first computer (ENIAC, british made to help calculate artillery shots but was slower than a distracted retard with ADHD surronded by excited monkeys), and a lot more.
Though a close runner-up is 1900 to 1910, with flight and mass-produced autos making an appearnce (the first actual car was made in the 1880's in Germany {ironic that most important things are made in Germany, and usually apply somehow to war} by Mercedes and Benz).

I know the US didnt invent racism it was just less prevalent in Europe during the time. Also the Romanians were yesterday not a couple of years ago and that doesn't really count in any way against my point as im talking about contemporary times.

I actually meant a couple of days ago. Don't know how it ended up in years. And yes, it still counts. If this is the kinda stuff they're doing today, one can only imagine how it was 50 years ago.
