Sadness. I'm usually a pretty sad sack of shit. To be more specific, anxiety's a pretty common feeling rolling around my head these days.

Which one would be cynicism? Because if there's one thing I am, it's cynical.

I'm pretty much sadness and fear at my most common moments. Anxiety is my primary feeling, depression becomes the secondary to it at times, then anger has his moment in the sunlight. Disgust exists, but I worry that Joy must be in the back, dying from malnutrition and neglect.

Largely apathy, but it can cycle through the others at times. Predominantly though I'm just apathetic and waiting for something interesting to happen. Its a same there's so much boring in between the few actually interesting times in life.

I found a nifty little chart that can add to this topic [http://www.vox.com/2015/6/29/8860247/inside-out-emotions-graphic]

For who's running the show, Joy and Sadness take turns for the most part, maybe fear every now and then, I very rarely feel overwhelming disgust or anger.

Joy is in charge very recently since I have a new SO and he makes me very happy, though sadness and fear work together for a little bit of anxiety maybe also with a little surprise and intrigue.
That's a very nifty chart, thank you for posting it.

OT: Isolated, rage, but if we're using the aforementioned chart omnidirectional loathing runs the show. Melancholy shows up pretty regularly as well, but loathing is the comfortable standard.

Going by the chart I'd say I'm anger/joy since I'm pretty self-righteous, but for the most part I'm pretty apathetic so I guess none of them would be it for the most part, however the only emotion that has ever been so intense as to make me lose control is anger, so I guess mostly apathy with anger taking over every now and then, to list their relevance it would likely be this order.

Apathy, since I'm a very "Why bother?", "It's probably not going to work" and "I don't see how I should care" kind of guy.
Anger, despite my apathy I can be pretty passionate, specially when I think someone's doing something wrong.
Disgust, I'm often disgusted and very judgemental towards people actions, well and bugs, I hate bugs.
Sadness, it's not so much that I'm sad or depressed but I can be pretty melancholic and introspective.
Joy, I'm serious for the most part but I can laugh every now and then, plus I make tons of lame puns but with a straight face.
Fear, I'm rarely ever scared, probably because of my highly apathetic nature but I don't really care if something happens to me.

Of course all of this should be taken with a grain of salt since being me I'm a terrible judge of character for myself and my perception is stilted towards a more positive view of myself, or just unbalanced from the things I notice about myself or simply was thinking about at the moment I was writing this.

It's actually a mixture of Joy and Anger. Fear and Sadness are extremely weak within me. Disgust is at normal levels.

Right now it would have to be sadness. Sure there's pockets of joy and the others but right now I'm in a bit of a rough spot so...Yeah.

A combination of joy and fear.

Joy for the state of my life at present. Things have gone very well these past few years and I'm extremely happy.

Fear comes from the unknown future given my past and the nature of change. I'm extremely poor in my happiness so I fear inevitably losing my job for reasons outside of my control. My fear is that I won't be able to find another really sweet job like this one. I have a lifetime of knee injuries so there's a constant fear of re-iinjury when walking on wet or slippery surfaces such as the rain, walking in winter, or even glossy floor surfaces like those in a typical kitchen/hardwood.

It should be noted that Joy is far and away the dominant emotion even though I didn't go into much detail on it.

Helpful AF!

Ahem.

According to that chart? A mixture of self-loathing, anxiety, melancholy, and righteousness.

As a base? ...Fear, I suppose? I'm an anxious dude who spends a lot of time in his head so, eh. Not to say that I can't be joyful or anything, while, say, mouthing BabyMetal lyrics on a treadmill as some random non-representative example, but ehhh.

I am mostly happy, but in certain situations I am overcome by anxiety. It is hard to beat that fucker, but I am getting better at it.

Hey...where's ambivalence???

Ummm, for quite a while it has been between sadness and fear depending on whether in public or not. But that is an issue I am working very hard on changing, as it tends to affect one's quality of life and indeed one's future. Would rather it not end at the hands of oneself in a particularly bad moment.

I tried looking for an image of that scene from Howl's moving castle where the wizard is melting down through sadness, as that struck me as a well done example of portraying such an emotion. Alas however...it could not be.
Today's alright though, before anybody accuses one of bringing the mood down, hehe! ;)

I have been described as fairly apathetic as I tend to have fairly low key reactions to many situations. It does slightly irritate me though when people insinuate that they think something is wrong with me and my response is mainly, "I see. OK. Thanks for telling me" and rather than let me digest the information, whether it be good news or bad, in my own time, it makes them slightly nervous that I haven't either jumped for joy, or crumbled to the floor in a hysterical fit. A lot of the time I don't really see the point on wasting energy on panicking or whatever, and would rather use that energy in either solving a problem (if there is one) or moving onto the next task at hand.

Okay... So, my assessment on what they would "look" like for me personally can still hold up, but Joy would be the most likely dominant controller in this situation, I guess? Seems legit...

Yup definitely sadness here too... although only because apathy doesn't really feel like it fits.

HATE, LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I'VE COME TO HATE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO LIVE
Honestly the idea that they're 5 entities, each just a shallow consummation of one "emotion", jumping about in my head pulling the strings of my life make me pissed off. I get it, it's a movie premise but it rubs me the wrong way. Aside from hate, I like to think disgust and anger take the day shifts.

Edit: Even an omnipotent insane AI can't get formatting right.

GUESS!

I'm kidding.

My favorite emotions in the movie was Anger and Sadness. (Hunh. Maybe I am suffering from depression.) Anywho!!! Honestly, I'm closer to Bing Bong. I try to not let one emotion take over for an extended period of time. Even joy has an expiration date. The reason I picked Bing Bong is that I try to encourage my creativity and imagination at every appropriate opportunity.
