Poll: Which Far Cry has the better map maker?

I was thinking of buying Far Cry 4 since it's cheap on PS4 right now, but I remembered that FC3 appears to have allowed players to make cave structures in multiplayer maps, or at least make a hole and then place a big rock on top.

Has anyone here made multiplayer maps for both games? I guess experience with either one of those would also do as I'm sure there's people here that have done one or the other. I'm talking about making some interesting structures, like stuff similar to El Caminito del Rey [http://www.imalaga.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/caminito_del_rey_trekking.jpg] or the collapsed section [http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/03/15/article-2114912-122B6B92000005DC-237_964x517.jpg] of the White Cliffs of Dover. Or caves. Lots and lots of caves.

Anyone here make maps for either Far Cry 3 or 4? What was your experience like? Can you post [spoilered] images?

Hmm. Nope, I'm going for 4 since I did some research and it has different modes, like hoarde mode and extraction.

I guess I was thinking about getting FC3 because there's a version that comes with Blood Dragon for not a lot of money, but ultimately I'm interested in the maps.
