Which game was the most graphic. In terms of violence and gore. And also if you don't like my list. I don't give a shit. So please don't waste your time. Saying anything that's just going to make yourself look like an immature douche.

Doom? If you mean Doom 1, it's a little out of place. It was the most violent of it's time arguably, but I think you should change that to Doom 3.

Come to think of it, your list does kind of suck. It happens to be missing the entire genre of survival horror. Games like Clock Tower, the Fatal Frame series and even the Resident Evil series seem to have not made the cut.

If I had to choose the most violent in terms of blood and gore, I'd choose No More Heroes. Blood rained everywhere in that game.

So, do you want our opinion or not? I'm confused. Doesn't sound very inviting.

I don't like your list because without the dozens of other games that I'd put on there instead of GTA Vice City it can't possibly provide a valuable or useful conclusion.

Hell, even asking which game is the most violent in terms of graphic violence and gore isn't useful because there are plenty of different types of graphic violence. Just like the violence in Saving Private Ryan is different from the violence in Kill Bill, the violence in Unreal Tournament is different from the violence in Brothers in Arms.

God of War would be but it's mythological setting leaves it trailing behind Shadow of Rome.

Mortal Kombat, with the fatalities can be pretty brutal. I remember one particular from Deception, where Mileena bites your head off, spits it out and starts laughing...

Both of the GoW games. They're brutal.
What says 'graphic violence' more than chainsawing your enemies in two?

I remember one i have for my sega megadrive, think its scorpion, pulling out your heart, showing you it while it still beats, then crushing it in his hand.

I thought Carmageddon was very violent because you can run over women and children or Mortal Kombat with the sick bloody fatality's!

That was Kano's if I remember, Scorpion took off his mask and blew fire on you which was equally awesome.

As for most violent game, in terms of how much violence disturbed in a game I'll go for Killer7. Violence in the name of art and all that but

SPOILER

The scene when the Businessman has his wife and kid's heads thrown to him as way of explaining they are dead and the idea that one of the targets in the game kidnaps young girls and essentially harvests their bodies for his own needs were all quite graphically disturbing and brutal in a completly different way.

END SPOILER

To answer the poll, out of the ones I've played, probably Manhunt.

..except for the parts where you stab random civilians in the stomach for health orbs.
I'd still say SoR takes it.
