Good actors. Any good actor can make a bad script great, but a good script is shit if there's no good actors to do it.
Tough question, as an aspiring writer I'd go for the decent script although I don't know how bad exactly the actors are. I suppose as long as they're not on the level of Tommy Wiseau or Keanu Reeves then they alone can't deprive the audience of any modicum of immersion and I'm not going to be more invested and engaged with something like 'Taken' just because Liam Neeson's in it.
Good actors can breath some life into a bad script. Bad actors can drag a good script to the depths. I'm backing the good actors.
