It's mostly in the face. The glasses are set higher in two. Also, the not smiling part.

I'm just paranoid and I want everything juuuuuussssttt right.

Well, 1 looks slightly happier, and her glasses are more likely to fall off. 2 looks slightly less happy, and her glasses are less likely to fall off. Those seem to be the only differences between the two, and I have no idea which would be "better".

Are you going for "slightly happier person with less stable glasses" or "slightly miserable person with more stable glasses"?

1 seems to fit a snarky character, while two would fit a character who doesn't give a shit about anything.

Hehe, your post reminds me of a third picture where her glasses are halfway down her eyes. Makes me giggle.
