Approximately one year ago, I went to a Nine Inch Nails/ Jane's Addiction concert (NIN/JA tour). We got there late because my mom didn't want to leave until right before it started. Then she complained about it being cold the whole time. On top of that, she freaked out about traffic of all things and made us leave before Jane's Addiction went on. I would have gladly gone with anybody else, but it was in another state. Making me leave early was the worst thing she could do since Jane's Addiction is notoriously short fused in their reunions

Where's the lesser evil? Here it is. She has the nerve to compare this to me being in summer school for six weeks so I can get rid of math in general for a while. I only get up 30 minutes earlier than the regular year, and am there shorter. She thinks that is worse.

Which is worse, Escapistizianos?

Wait... what?

How can she say that? How is it worse to study maths during the summer so you wont have to do it later than it is for her to be idiotic with planning?

Had she gone earlier, brought some warmer clothes, and made sure that you didn't need to get home fast, she wouldn't have had anything to complain about and you wouldn't have to go home early.

At least you got to see Nine Inch Nails, some of us aren't that lucky! Summer school is not cool though, but hey, you get rid of maths for a while

Aaah, the problems of teenagers :)

But seriously, you went to a concert with your mom? Why not go with some friends and skip town?

It was out of state... who the hell lets you go out of state at 15 years of age? I wish it wasn't that creature I went with, believe me.

Aha, but you forget, if no one knows, it didn't happen! At least things where like that when I was 15...

As much as I love Godzilla, I'm gonna have to say summer school to get a better start was the lesser evil. Maybe she's just doing the stubborn mom thing where she has to be right, even though everyone else in the world can see that she is completely wrong.

Your parents track you with your phone? That's just... crazy! But still, it IS possible to go somewhere without a phone. Or just buy a cheap pre-paid :D

Why do I feel bad telling you this???

I am not sure I fully understand the situation. Surely you going to summer school is your own fault and not a burden on you. By the looks of things to me you got double jipped. You had to leave a concert early and you have to go to summer school and your mom is complaining about something. What a *****.

I hate parents. I'm not tracked by them, but I get harassed to no end if I don't bring my phone.
