Probably go with Jigsaw. Being caught in a trap that requires an extremely painful sacrifice to escape? I'd like to say that I would do it but psychologically, I would be all messed up.

I go with Jigsaw since I suck at playing hard puzzles without using some cheats or hint. Also the whole life and death thing will only add more pressure to me aswell.

John Wayne Gacy. None hold a candle to him. Dude freaks me out. I could take Jason. Freddy would be afraid to enter my head what with all the constant nightmares I have. Plus they make no sense, he would prolly get lost.

I fear no man fictional or otherwise. Although since I;m here to pick I'd say Predator simply because you'd never know if there was just one of them plus it can be virtually invisible has a site tracking plasma caster, retractable spear etc it was almost Freddy but I don't EVER have dreams so I'm safe there also I don't know who Ghostface Killer or the Creeper are and I'd like to see the others withstand a hollowpoint 300 winchester remington magnum round to the face. Jigsaw can suck my penis

Being a very big fan of monsters in general, I choose to show this "guy":

Let me tell you about the myth of Slender Man:

*Copy/Paste* [cause I am lazy].

Slender Man (a.k.a Slenderman) is a mythical creature often depicted as a tall and thin figure wearing a black suit with a necktie and a blank face. According to the legend, he can stretch out or shorten his arms at will and has tentacle-like appendages protruding from his back. Depending on various vloggers and bloggers interpretations of the myth, the creature can show a wide range of abilities, ranging from causing memory loss, insomnia, paranoia, coughing fits with or without blood spitting (nicknamed Slendersickness) to triggering photograph/video distortions and statics as well as having teleportation power.

Of course, I must say Slender Man is more than that.
I readed somewhere that some very fan-fact for this gentleman:

-Slenderman will find interest in a victim for reasons unknown.
-It would then contact the victim, if it is a child, presenting itself as friendly.
-The adults he stalks have a common trait: they have all been through a terrible tragedy in their life, even if the tragedy was made by Slenderman directly.
-Eventually, it would abduct the victim into nearby forest, where they would be killed.
In 'messy' cases, it may remove evidence of its existence by causing fire of their home, place of work, or school

But the Slender Man don't just kill his prey and he/it done. Oh no. He/it do far worst:

*Copy/Paste*

Death of the victim originally occured through an odd means- the victim would be impaled on branches of very tall trees while still alive, and bleed to death. The organs would be individually removed, then placed in plastic bags. They would then be replaced into the body in their original positions, plus the plastic bags. The victims' corpses do not show any sign of a struggle.

I would love to write more about the legend of this horror, but I think that are enough evidents why I select this guy over the others.

I'm surprised so many people are scared of Freddy he's like the least scariest to me. Most of the time he just makes me laugh. Jason scared me when I was a kid. Plus It's more realistic. There won't be someone in your dreams that if they kill you then you die irl. So ya Jason and Michael Myers.

Jigsaw, because you know your death is going to be gruesome and slow.
Unless its the Jigsaw of the first two movies, when you could survive by not being retarded, keeping a level head and stay determined you'll probably survive.

after the first 2 movies it just turned into gore porn.

Freddy Kruger. from the original movie

he's an unkillable evil who has complete control over the dream world, can kill you in real life
and every second that you spend afraid of him will just make him stronger.

I think you're reffering to the monster from Jeepers Creepers with the creeper option correct? I voted him, because he can fly, and is a literal monster.
Jason is an unkillable being, but slow as fuck.
Freddy seems easy to take care of, just dream up an M60 with bullets drenched in holy water.
Ghostface is a regular human being who happens to be very lucky with people who aim only at his chest (watch the third movie)
Leatherface is a human, just with a mask made of skin and a chainsaw.
Predator can be outwitted by throwing down all weapons and crying in the corner, which I'd probably do without knowing it would work.
Jigsaw's games weren't that brutal in 1&2, but after that... good luck.
And Michael Myers... yeah he is a close second.
