Link to the Past. He's not as big on sword combat as his successors, but I've always thought had a better inventory. A magic boomerang that can fly for miles, three magic rods that shoot fire, ice and bricks, respectively, a grappling hook, a cloak of invisibility and best of all, a flute that, when played, summons a duck that will fly you anywhere in the world.

Wind or Twilight Link. Wind Waker world is really cool and colorful and bomb smoke looks funny (oh, and the elemental arrows are cool).

Twilight Link just because he's a badass and I want to play Spiderman with the dual Clawshots. That rendition of the Master Sword seems rather long though... Anyone wonder how it shrank down to the length of a long knife in Wind Waker? (I always thought of the Kokiri Sword as a dagger too)

OT, I would have to say Ocarina, because you can travel back and forth in time, changing things to overcome obstacles. You might do that more in Past, though time travel is not ALL the game in Ocarina.

I'd be the Ocarina of Time Link for the following reason:

I'd be able to run around Hyrule slaying baddies and constantly making ALL CAPS threads on the Escapist stating "I'M IN THE GREATEST GAME EVER MADE! SUCK IT!". Of course, this is assuming I could bring a laptop PC with me into the Nintendo 64 cart.
