I find that every time I play Battlefield P4F, you can predict the outcome of the match after you've played one game, because the teams always stay the same. That's annoying to me. It's not like I don't like to lose, but this is just fighting for a hopeless cause.
Call of Duty 4 has slightly different teams, because the matchmaking is done by the players themselves, picking which team you like. I usually pick one of the ''allies'', because I can't stand the Arab/Russian guy yelling in your headset.
Modern Warfare 2 has automatic matchmakin, so it goes by the score of your previous match. In theory, you would get the most evenly distributed teams of them all. But that is just the theory. Because players who come for the first game are randomly distributed, thus creating an unbalance.
