White Wolf's Vampire: the Masquerade are the most badass and stylish vampires in fiction if you ask me. The Malkavians [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malkavian] are my favourite.

But if I had to pick one individual from the entirety of the VtM fiction, I'd vote for Lucita of Clan Lasombra.
