My sister. Timesplitters, Uncharted 3, Left 4 Dead, TF2, Star Wars Battlefront, etc. She's not as good as me.
I spend more time playing with friends I made online, than my IRL friends, mainly because they don't play the games I usually play.
The online friends that I normally play with I've known for years now though, so we have really good team chemistry. We used to be in a clan for CSS, but we all play other games together now.

I play them very rarely. The latest being a bit of Diablo 3, with two friends a few months ago, but I prefer to playing games like that alone too. The previous almost a year ago was BF3, and even that with the incentive to unlock interesting weapons. BF3 had good co-op missions, though voice chat is pretty essential. Sometimes, that is quite a lot more often, multiplayer FPS games with a friend, but those don't really count as co-op.
I usually play with my brother. Most of my games are single-player, and even when they're not, my friends tend to have significantly different taste in co-op games.
I usually like to play locally with a friend better, because it gives me reason to focus. If I just screw around like I do online, I'd get beat.
Boyfriend but there's no poll option for that so `somebody else`.
We play together on WoW and have done for ages (but not, sadly, with the upcoming GW2, I'll have to play that on his computer because my laptop is rubbish) and we also do local co-op.
We play TF2 (make a great Heavy/Medic team) and occasionally Halo when he twists my arm.
L4D, Magic, you name it.
Recently we've been playing Rayman Origins and we're really enjoying that.
I love being able to co-op with my boyfriend, seeing as we pretty much talk games non-stop.

My brother for achievements. For games like Resident Evil 5, our first three playthroughs (Amateur, Normal, Veteran) he was fine with it, getting achievements, abusing infinite ammo. After that he didn't want to finish the hardest difficulty, meaning I still need to finish it alone...Abusing infinite ammo. We usually play Co-Op games for completion and achievements.
In-person "friends", since I can rely on them to play with me every so often. Portal 2 with an IRL companion is the best co-op experience I've ever had. We would play for hours upon hours, determined to beat each puzzle using our shared brain cell.
