Exactly what the title says. Also, leave a comment explaining why you think they will win.

Personally, I think Nintendo will win, if they unveil more info on Zelda Wii. I'm obsessed with the series and I think this new installment will actually be good (as opposed to what I thought of Spirit Tracks).

Sony because if they have any new announcment for MGS Rising or Kingdom Hearts 3, they will win in my opinion.

Also, Nintendo can only redeem themselves if the new Zelda will kickass and Microsoft...well I won't go into that.

I don't think Nintendo have any real chance, they're not developing any new tech and A new Zelda game, well it's not exactly a step in a 'new direction' is it. I would love to see Nintendo win, but only to see the one-up battle between Sony and Microsoft portrayed as the utterly huge waste of time and resources that it clearly is...

No one is going to win E3. Because nobody is focused on anything that actually matters. Motion controls? 3D? Give me a fucking break. Try making your games better and more original. ALL OF YOU. assholes.

I'm a loyal Sony fan, but even so, Microsoft will "win" like they do every year, the bastards

Isn't Rising coming to the 360 as well?

Anyway I hope to see more from Natal personally and maybe some new games from both Microsoft and Sony, not just sequels. It will be good to excited over a new IP again.

I think it's Microsoft's E3 to lose. If they come out strong and do well with Natal, they have a great opportunity to increase market share, but if they screw it up, they're hosed. Also, they could use some serious software exclusives as backup if Natal falls flat. Halo: Reach will be a big focus, I think.

Sony's motion controller thingies I'm not sure will get past the blatantly obvious ripoff of the Wii. If they want to impress, they better be banking on more than just their motion controlled hardware.

As for Nintendo, they just need to show off some good software. Unless they have something up their sleeves so far that NOBODY knows about it, their saving grace here will be software. The Other M, the Zelda project, and ANYTHING decent from a third party developer would be beneficial.

Sony, with both Resistance 3 and inFamous 2, they're looking pretty strong.

Valve. Portal 2. Nuff said.
Boring. I never got why Portal was so loved

OP: Anyway, I wanna see Sony win E3, but with E3 there are always surprise announcements, so you never know. But still, Sony has so much more to announce than MS.

Microsoft if it will be anything like last year's E3. Sony was insanely disappointing and Nintendo was just embarrassing. Hopefully they focus on games instead of stupid hardware upgrades. But chances are, that's all E3 is going to be this year. Microsoft will go on about Natal, Sony will go on about their little wand looking thing, and Nintendo will go on about Wii games that are based on real life activities that are more fun and cheaper in real life.

*Ugh* It was a fresh idea in a slew of samey shooters. It also had a sense of humor. That's why.

There are no winners at E3, it's just game companies cranking up the hype machine for titles that will ultimately fall short, get delayed, or otherwise not live up to the E3 hype.

I've found that I enjoy gaming a lot more because I ignore all pre-release press other than "X game is coming out on Y date for Z number of dollars", at which point I'll say "OK, see you then."

I have never really thought that anyone "wins" E3, but I am pumped for this years E3 mostly because I want to learn more about these games: Fallout New Vegas, Fable 3 and Star Wars The Old Republic. All 3 I am very interested in, especially TOR, because I love the Kotor games.

Winning at E3 is like winning the oscars. Does anyone really take that mediafest seriously anymore?

And how exactly does one "win" at E3?

I think Nintendo because if they show new Zelda footage no one will care about anything else.

Ubisoft will win. They'll anounce the second part of Avatar.
more like they'll pull out the money bucket and demand more, then everyone laughs at them for making a sequel to a terrible game.

DOUBLE EDIT:
Fallout: New Vegas is a shoe-in for best game of E3.
unless cataclysm is entered in there, then it will win by sheer numbers.
either way, New Vegas is the only game worth mentioning anyway.

I forgot about portal 2, that could beat Fallout for best of e3.
