I think the ultimate survivor taken from their world and put into any other world would have to be a ditto from pokemon. They can become and copy the abilites of anything.
If it starts small and works its way up it will enter god mode just like an elderscrolls hero. but can get to places ES guy cant

Mario can:

-Shoot fire from his hands
-Breathe in space
-Fights (and wins against) creatures much stronger and larger than him on an almost daily basis
-Has already survived almost all environmental conditions known to man (and plenty of bizarre places too)
-Can use many many many different items and power-ups
-Be easily revived if he dies

So, while the others in the poll might be able to kill him, it's in no way going to keep him gone for long.

I voted the lone wanderer, but by that I meant courier six. My courier could repair a high-tech sledgehammer with parts from a pool cue and make rifle rounds out of tin cans, dynamite and turpentine. He could also hide in plain sight right in front of someone's face and talk his way out of full-scale war while putting an entire region under the thumb of his robot army. Pretty sure he'd thrive no matter what universe he was thrust into.

If anything given how Tullius/Ulfric/The Dovahkiin are exactly like Tiber/Ysmir/Zurin, the three people who merged to become Talos, or more precisely The General/The Rebel/The Observer or MORE preciesly Akatosh/Lorkhan/Magnus

I wouldn't be surprised if the Dovahkiin becomes Talos 2 who supplants the old Talos that is Lorkhan to become the new Talos that is Talos that is Lorkhan.

See this guy kneeling before him? That's Malek - the guardian of the elite club of superhumans in Nosgoth - the Circle of Nine. Also, Malek is part of the Circle with his whole purpose being to guard them. Vorador went and casually killed six of the nine guardians, not because he planned it years in advance but on the spur of the moment because he was pissed (not drunk). V-boy there killed only six because the others weren't around. Later on, Vorador made Malek his little *****. He also happens to be the oldest (human) vampire in Nosgoth. Forget sunlight - that ain't a problem for him. Water - maybe, if he doesn't teleport away.

I doubt the other settings can pull out a magical vampire stopping stone. Shepard, if he/she faces Vorador, can only beg him "Oh, please mighty Vorador, please don't flay my skin with a mere gesture" because he can do it.

But how can Vorador adapt? Well, he has shown himself proficient in hiding, also he can just go and turn several people into new vampires, if need be, and raise an army, or at least a small vampiric society. Ah, also, Vorador can read minds by drinking blood - this is why he is one of the foremost Nosgothic historians (or at least "history enthusiasts").

It's just a shame he got his disembodied head handed by some creepy old guy.

Now Kain, Kain is the sort of guy that would sort it out. Kain would definitely get whatever shit you put him into done.

Also, I'm pretty sure Alex Mercer could take anything short of a full on exterminatus. Problem solving with gigantic claws.

Yeah, my point when I mentioned that other settings wouldn't have the anti-vampire stone.

And Kain...well, Blood Omen 2 happened to him. And he somehow managed to lose a battle he could handle on his own. Even treachery isn't an excuse for that - he must have sustained head trauma at least once before suffering that other head trauma that made plot de-powered him. In other words, he has to have been de-powered offscreen before to be able of being de-powered onscreen before the beginning of the game.

But other than that, I agree - he is a really resourceful fellow and should be able to adapt to almost anything.

By the way, I just thought of one really adaptable character that should be able to survive anywhere. His name is Pun-Pun.Just a few minutes after his ascension (which would be a bit after appearing for the first time) Pun-Pun should be ready to take on any setting.

I'm actually really surpirsed that no one has chosen Noble 6. I mean, if Kat's nagging doesn't kill him, could any person? Not to mention he's the second most lethal person ever in the SPARTANs the first being Master Chief.

I would think the spartan who blew himself up with 3 nukes taking out an entire covenant army would be the 2nd most lethal.

I picked the Lone Wanderer, because he's the blankest of the slates available.

Beyond that, I pick the Mysterious Stranger from Myst, for the same reasons. Plus, in his various games, he ends up in shipwrecks, surreal landscapes, villages of treehouses, an island that's actively ripping apart, giant living trees, explosions, rocks floating through the sky, jungles filled with ball-shriveling wild animals, arctic landscapes, and FREAKING OUTER SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE. All while fending off terrible people, terrifying people, and terrible terrifying people (played by Brad Dourif) and spending a good amount of time being stalked by a terrifying slave-race. Oh, and he falls for miles through a freaking star field and lands in New Mexico (most likely, anyways).

The man can handle anything.

Plus, he never starts fights, which can only be in his favor.

I have to say the Player from Minecraft. I mean seriously, he doesn't sleep, doesn't have to eat, can punch through a stone wall, and rides pigs. He doesn't need other people, he could probably take almost anything almost any universe could throw at him.

Janos might be a bit too peaceful. And he only survived because he had made a promise to do it, the others died because they couldn't bare immortality (complicated, I know, but it does come down to this). I don't know if he'll do well in another setting, seeing as he wouldn't have a purpose there to keep him going.

Also, Janos isn't the father. Vorador was turned while there were still other Ancients.

Dodging that would require defying the speed of light.

Again, teleportation. Or mist form.

Trust me, I know... Ive played all the games and spent hours putting everything i could remember in order, its a confusing as hell storyline... but I friggin love it!

I pick nameless hero from the ES because most of them are believed to archived CHIM which is a state of near god-hood which makes them pretty much unkillable and able to warp all reality to their desire.

Tiber Septim was able to turn all of Cyrodil from a dense tropical forest into as it was in Oblivion using CHIM.

CHIM pretty much lets you do anything.

But CHIM wouldn't work in another world because the concept is dependent on the metaphysics of the ES universe. Even magic wouldn't work, as it is based on control of that world specifically, much of it focusing on Oblivion. Essentially, in another world, the player in ES would be pretty much powerless besides sword/archery skill.

(Also Tiber Septim must have been really unimaginative. You have the power to warp reality and you change a jungle into a temperate forest. astounding. )

OT: The "chosen undead" from Dark Souls, assuming the undead curse is independant of the world. He can't die. Yeah. No bonfires might be a problem, though...

I'd say that's cheating. Unless you use only her and her nest of power tubes, you're talking about pitting an entire world's (remaining) population (including multiple officers/pilots) against one person.

Well, yeah, the whole point was I was trying to pick something massively OP. But yeah, I guess it's kind of disqualified since the Mothership might be worthless with the crew taken out (I'm not sure whether or not Fleet Command actually does everything. She is basically wired up into a supercomputer). Still, even if she has to recruit crew locally, things should still go well for her, and the ship itself is as much her stuff as Jensen and Denton's augments are their stuff.

If you can remember/Tvtropes the end of Homeworld 2, Karan S'jet ends up controlling this monster:

For reference, it's about 5km long, no idea if it needs a crew or not.

Yeah, that was Carter, and I'd agree but apparently Noble 6 and Master Chief are the only 2 spartans who have ever been rated as hyper-lethal.
