i would have to go with the bear, the bear isnt to adept at swimming but can atleast go on both land and sea. he can just lure the shark onto the shore and wait for the tide to go out, leaving the shark defenseless and then just rip into its gills with a massive paw

I'd say sharks. Sharks are faster than bears and can easely tear their limbs off. Also, I can shotgun a bear to death, have you ever shotgunned an underwater shark to death? No.

I don't like Al Murray when he's doing his barman bit, he is much more funny when he's not putting on his over-the-top Englishman act.

I'm gonna say sharks because they're always frightening. Bears are cute as cubs. However, sharks are scary from birth. That means they win... or something.

Well everyone knows, that when the ninjas and pirates joined forces to fight off the mockingbird armada they flew on burning sharks while throwing burning bears (and fireballs, volcanoes and presidents)
so I chose either, since they're just tools used to fight an evil evil enough to make pirates and ninjas join forces

Bears can jump into water to attack a shark, a shark can not jump onto land to attack a bear. Bears win hands down. Besides, Colbert is a man's man and if he's terrified of bears, then there's no hope for some dumb great white.
