It's gotta be Rainbow Dash. Just from the first episode I watched, with the Fluttershy is a tree bit, I knew she was the best pony.

Oof. It's a tie between Apple Jack and Fluttershy.

I ended up going with Apple Jack, but that's more for nostalgia purposes than anything else. I had the toy when I was a kid, and if it weren't for multiple moves during the past decade, I'd still have her. ;_;
