While I'm not presently single (I'm currently very happy with the relationship I'm in, I appologise if that's rubbing it in to anyone here) I know that my previous bad luck with women probably had something to do with me being somewhat on the strange side along with an unhealthy amount of social ineptitude.

My advice to others in my situation is...absolutely nothing, there is no guarenteed stratagy or technique that will make people suddenly like you and take interest. I'm afraid that if you wanna change things you're gonna have to do it the hard way (or apply to a dating site and have fingers crossed about not drawing in sociopaths and axe murderers).
