Poll: Why does everyone hate Rochelle? (L4D2 Question)

Because she scores a massive fucking zero on the interesting character traits scale, and she's just generally annoying. The dialogue she is given is either groan-worthy, 'gaah shut the fuck up!'-worthy, or just generally FFFFFUUUUU-worthy.
She is Zoey's replacement but not as good as Zoey. None of the other L4D2 characters were so obviously meant to replace a L4D1 character; nobody really seems like Bill except maybe Coach for his fatherly personality. Louis is pretty unique; he is smartly dressed like Nick, but personality-wise he is the only wuss. Francis is a biker. Ellis likes cars and stuff but thats the only comparison with him.
I think a big part of it has to do with the voice actor's delivery. It sounds like the woman's just phoning it in without even trying to emote. Also, the lines themselves are pretty bad to begin with. Compare the reactions of Zoey and Rochelle when someone dies...

"Bye, Ellis."
With Zoey, you know it's a big deal when someone kicks the bucket. With Rochelle, they might as well be a squished spider or beetle for the utter lack of pathos in her lines.

When the AI plays her, she's acts like a total idiot, frequently bumping into things, get caught on ladders, not shooting the hunter off of me despite standing THREE FEET AWAY.
The problem with Rochelle (or, indeed, three of the L4D2 characters) is that they are just as token as the L4D1 characters. I honestly don't find any of them compelling, though they do put out the occasional funny line or sequence.

I hate all bots regardless of character even Nick, Coach, Francis, and Bill (the better AI survivor bots). The bots will sooner or later screw something up and it's usually Rochelle, Zoey, Ellis, or Louis (the dumber AI survivor bots).
Extra info: Preferably play as Coach or Bill.

OT: Honestly, I have to agree with the 'she's just not that interesting' sentiment. I don't hate her in the slightest, I just find Nick and Ellis to be more fun to play. However, when it comes to blandest, I'd have to go with Coach- I honestly forget he exists, at least Rochelle had a couple memorable things.
All that said, my favorite in the end is still Zoey. (Then the comic came out and made her into a basket case waiting to happen. WHY IS IT ALWAYS MY FAVORITES?!)
Because she has no personality compared to the rest of the survivors. Everyone else has some sort of emotion running through their brain, and Rochelle jsut sits there with her poker face.
Her bot always seems to act in the least helpful way possible. That and she has annoying voice acting and a memorable quote deficiancy.
All the other characters are just fine in my opinion, and Bill would take the top spot on my list. Especially for some of his dialogue with Francis.

she refuses to let me get that gnome achivment......i tried today to like her....she always gets herself killed, she is kinda a ***** (when someone dies)...oh and the gnome achivment...i now have to play the entire campaign over because she decided not to jump on the helicopter when everyone else is waiting...so the tank comes and incaps me and THEN she gets on.....one of the few moments i truly raged hard.
She keeps stealing my kills.
