Meh. He's okay, and it's not like he was the only music thief of his era. Lots of artists/bands were constantly stealing music or being made to sing music they didn't know was stolen because their particular voice/attributes will bring in more money than the original artist.

That being said, Big Momma Thornton sang 'Hound Dog' much better, and Elvis was only created to sell the Blues to white audiences.
