So, I was just sitting around bored one day when I said aloud, "YES."

Thus, I confused my friend sitting next to me and I explained my thoughts.

"Wouldn't Valve make an AMAZING MMO? Or at least a very SILLY one?"

"Yeah," He said. "The helms would be fashionable and awesome for stats."

Then I thought,
"If you get a high enough point ranking in TF2 as Heavy, you get to replace HP potions with Sandviches."

So, that went on for a while, and a steam buddy said "Yeah, they would."

So, you get it. The poll's up there, Comments down below.

Go nuts.

I'm not a big MMO fan but even if I was I'm not sure if Valve's approach to game developement would work for an MMO. Valve is big on perfection, and while this does make good games it also results in extremely slow developement cycles - and with an MMO I think you need to be more on your toes. Valve isn't a stranger to ongoing developement once something is released but I still think they'd have a difficult time keeping up with an MMO.
