Poll: Worst: crime or letdown?

What do consider the worst thing to do?
Commit a crime or cheat on your wife/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend/partner?
And it's not theft or anything like that, more like murder or molesting.

It's hard to say 100% when you don't give one specific crime, but from the examples you've given I would say the crime is worse, because either murder or molesting will destroy someone's life forever whereas your partner whether or not they break up with you due to the cheating would probably get over it eventually.

Because to me it's worse to cheat on your partner. But that does not mean that I think it's okay with murder or anything. But that to me, a personal ( in lack of better words) letdown is worse. I just want to se if I'm not alone.
