I guess. I think it's just as bad when I disagree with somebody and suddenly I'm labeled a fanboy for having a differing opinion. Actually, it may even be worse, because it's such an easy way for people to get out of an argument by dismissing somebody's opinion on the basis that they may or may not be a "fanboy". That's such a misused word.

People say it's easy to pickup on a fanboy, but I think that's because such little thought needs to be put into labeling somebody as such.

That's a very good point and I didn't think of it like that.

I meant the more obvious definition of fanyboy, it didn't really occur to me that it can be used as an argument cop-out.
