Hate to break this to you, but Vault 101 was banned yesterday. Another victim of the healthbar system, no less, since what she did was really minor, but she apparently had enough minor strikes on her record to push her over the edge.

Yes and yes.

For one thing, note the post count. It's hard not to be known with over 6000 posts.

As for active, well, like others have said, I pretty much just keep a tab constantly open to my Escapist Messages page to see if anyone has PMed me or quoted me in the forum.

Speaking of which, when do I get one of those Spotlight interviews?

1) Nope, if there was tiers of forum celebrity id definitly be amongst the lowest. Having kept my avatar the same since i joined saves me from total obscurity id imagine.

2)No. I tend to lurk and then get randomly chatty depending on my mood or butt into random topics but definitly ain't a persistent presence.

I basically have this site open in a tab for most of the day. However I don't actually tend to most in many threads because I'm generally afraid what I have to say isn't all that interesting or related to the subject

Seeing as I'm on here every damn day this shouldn't come as too big of a surprise to me, but my heart still skips a beat when I see someone acknowledge my (virtual) existence.

As for how active I am, it comes in waves. I'll show up and go on a surge of activity for a week then disappear for a week or two when the threads get stale. Rinse and repeat.

As for being recognised, I wouldn't know, most likely not but I could be wrong. Maybe people will remember my avatar as I've never changed it.

I used to come here regularly a few years back and I was thinking about becoming a regular again...that was until I saw how the mods banned Vault101, who was in my opinion a pillar of the community, because he made a post that just said he didn't like cynics. But since it seems like the mods ban anyone who looks at them funny, I'll stop my rant there. In short, I used to be a regular, but not anymore.

As for recognised? I sincerely doubt it as I said I wouldn't post all that often and I try to avoid getting myself into pointless flamewars as much as I can.

Vault was banned because she had been insulting to fellow users on multiple occasions and that post was the final straw. It was nothing to do with a personal grudge on behalf of the mods, sky14kemea said herself that she regretted having to ban her but had no choice.

I'd imagine pretty much the only thing I'm known for is my avatar. Outside of a small group of older forum gamers, I don't believe that many people reconize me anymore.
I think I'm still a fairly regular user, despite my free time shrinking down to nearly nothing. While I used to be a huge forum game regular, my desire to spend hours upon hours on the site has shrunk since life changed.

I am also an active member in the user groups as well.

I don't believe that I am recognized member.
