Yes I would consume human flesh for no other reason than to try it and for something to eat.
UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES:
The human was willing to let it happen.
The human was not killed for this purpose alone.
The human was free of any disease, and or chemicals and had a good diet and wasn't too old.
It was prepared well. =/

Heck, I'd consider killing someone just to get a taste of Human flesh, sure I've tasted my own Blood and Dead Skin before but it's just not the same if it doesn't come from someone else and isn't cooked!
The person would have to have had some sort of prion disease before they died in order for you to get it, you're also less likely to catch prion diseases from non nervous tissue, which is what most people eat.Giantpanda602 said:

Isn't human flesh supposed to make you sick if you eat it, or is that a myth? I've always been a bit curious, so I guess I might try a little piece, depending on where it came from. probably a big chance I wouldn't like it though. I'm a picky eater.

OT: I would, in the right circumstances. Besides? Why is Cannibalism bad? Sometimes 'tis necessary. There is no /REAL/ reason that Cannibalism is a 'bad' or 'wrong' thing beyond our society's... issues.
Edit: I should also add that I would only do this for survival (and I am playing devil's advocate).

Joking aside, I probably would try it. I bet I'd feel pretty squicky about it, but I guess knowing I'm eating human before I eat it is better than eating a piece of meat and then being told afterwards that it came from a human.
Prepared correctly, and of course in a dignified manner, I would want to at least try it. And on the plus side, with the massive amounts of sodium we consume, it wouldn't need a whole lot of seasoning. Good news for the potential cannibal.
I don't know. I try not to think about it. If I was in a situation where I was starving...well, is the person I'm about to eat dead, or do I have to kill him? I'm not really keen either way.
