yes. I'd use it to pick up girl furries at anime conventions. I'm not a furry myself, but if the girl enjoys it then I'll probably go along with it.

Depends on its functionality I suppose. A prehensile monkey tail could be useful. If we're gonna go all out, a Mario-style Tanuki tail so I could fly would be the obvious choice.
I'd have one, it'd improve my balance and enable me to do some awesome tricks on the old mountain bored. Win all around.
Take Monkeys tail, powers of Guko's tail, and the third arm sash, and put it all together and I'll take it. Now I exspect it to be on my backside by 7:01 next morning. If it's not there I'll sue! ( no pressure XD )

Well it would be hard to get some clothing that fits now would it not?
Or actually yeah I guess I would want one, if I can somehow work out the oddities that come along with it (like sitting on a chair or couch. Something tells me it can't be that pleasant to sit on your tail ya know?).
It also depends, do I get to decide wether I get fur or not? Because a human tail would be hairless, like a rat's tail I suppose. I'd pass if that was the case.
