Yeah pretty much this, but also if she quitted porn. The idea of me sharing my wife with a bunch of guys is just wrong. Even if its "business".AvsJoe said:Do I love her? Then yes. Sure it'd be weird while dating and I would have to be sure she doesn't have any diseases (I'm sorry, I mean infections), but if we are compatible/have chemistry/insert cliche here/love each other after that, then yes.
Yeah, me too. As long as she is healthy and we love each other i see no problem. Even if she is still in the industry. But i have never had the chance, so this is all hypothetical.The_root_of_all_evil said:Pretty much my answer.TriggerHappyAngel said:couldn't have said it better myself :]AvsJoe said:Do I love her? You wouldn't marry cake? I would if I ever got to be with it...stupid GLADOS (I know, Portal jokes are old.)DeathWyrmNexus said:Eh, I don't see myself as compatible with a person who would have sex for money. I have nothing against them but I also have nothing against people who are into shit porn. It just isn't me. Sex has a certain level of meaning to me, something I would never sell. While this is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, it is a big deal to me. Me being the person who would be married to this other person.
So no, I wouldn't as being in porn would make them incompatible. I like sex and I like porn. I just wouldn't marry them. I also wouldn't marry a lot of things I like so it all evens out.
If you're emotionally capable of distancing the act of sex from love, and can remain focused on the concept that she's merely acting, it wouldn't be a problem. If you were incapable of ignoring or restricting the amount of jealousy you feel at the mock 'intimacy', it'd never work. Mind you, I've been in open relationships before, so I have no qualms about separating sex from intimacy, or associating the act of sex with lust, rather than love. I believe that I know when the act is intended to be intimate and meaningful, but that may be an issue in other relationships.AvsJoe said:Do I love her? Then yes. Nope, eating one's love doesn't lend itself to a long term commitment...swolf said:You wouldn't marry cake? Haha, I could make a dirty joke with that with a little rewording but I won't. Just think about it and you'll get the joke. If not, well, you're too young to know.DeathWyrmNexus said:Nope, eating one's love doesn't lend itself to a long term commitment...swolf said:You wouldn't marry cake? 1. I think you are vastly underestimating the porn industry here. That is the average male porn star income. The female one is significantly higher (around 100k-250k)TheYellowCellPhone said:Probably not.
1. They make what, $40,000 a year?
2. With the amount of sex they have, they would be unfaithful as hell.
3. Usually they have 'fake' parts and possibly diseases... I like the original and not worrying about waking up with blood in my mouth
Not a good investment, when you can have a woman you love with the same body and a more faithful (and profitable) job.
