Why would I go for a one-time pleasurable experience to which nothing would compare for the rest of my life, thereby dissatisfying me in every food I eat from then on over a pile of cash which I could use to invest in something long term that could possibly set me for life? At least it's a possibility that that may occur, while unlikely.

Money every time. I can't drive to work in a sandwich. 100k isn't enough for me to quit working but I can at least pay off my student loans and buy a nice car and take my family on a freaking great vacation that we will all remember long after the crumbs of the sandwich are but dust.

Yeah, your entire life will be spent lamenting over the fact that you once had the best sandwich ever. This will soon become an obsession, an addiction. With the money I could make a lot of decent sandwiches or almost have enough to qualify for a loan and buy a house or apartment.

A month?! Jesus, you must be affluent with that kind of perspective. A hundred grand would keep me going for 6-10 years.

Sandwiches are epic and all, but you'd just be bitter about how you'd already eaten the best thing you ever would.

You can't pick the money and buy the sandwich, that would be cheating

Can I do the opposite?
If everyone else knows it's the best sandwich ever, can I sell it to someone with more money than sense?
I bet with an auction in UAE or Monaco or something it would go for a few million at least just because it's irreplaceable.
