Superspeed but there are no proper breaks
I second Zachary Amaranth's question about what "proper breaks" means. Until I know that, I tentatively choose speed. There is not enough time in the day.
It means that you can't just stop running as you would if you were going at regular speeds. You would have to think of a way to stop yourself, like wearing really big shoes or something
Then how do you accelerate in the first place, since you'd have the exact same issue getting up to speed?

The consequences of teleporting inside a wall would depend on the width, if it was thick you would suffocate, if it was thin your body would end up being split in half. If it was a person/animal or object there there would be side effects rather than it not working (similar to the wall situation). The whole wall thing is because the teleport is inaccurate, and even if you had photographic memory it would still be off by up to a metre.
The probability of a fatal accident is way too high for this to be practical. By contrast, the risk per passenger-mile of driving is about 1.5*10^-8. And that's a relatively risky mode of transportation compared to, say, flying.
There's also the air displacement issue other people have mentioned.
With the flying, you can't fly below sonic speeds but your take-off speed is a lot slower.
Basically, you'd have to wear a spacesuit and immediately make for the upper atmosphere where air resistance isn't going to completely wreck your body. And then every landing turns into a skydiving trip.
So... fun, I guess, but also pretty far from practical. But on the plus side, this is the one option that would let you hang out in outer space. So it has that going for it. (until you get blasted by a piece of space debris if you tried to exit the atmosphere completely and got a bit unlucky).
But if you could bring along enough supplies, you might be able to do a moon flyby. Which would be kind of neat, I suppose.
