I would go with #1. If she's never going to pick up the controller again, then you don't have to worry about being humiliated by her again. The little kid will always return.

I mean, if you don't even know that girl, why the hell would you care.
And if you do, wouldn't it be pretty easy just to talk her out of it?
Just tell her she's a natural and it would be a shame to waste that. You know, stroke the ego. Then admit you are not very good anyway, and suggest that maybe if she tried playing with some more competant players she might enjoy it more.

So yeah, gotta say, option one.
