In all likelihood, I'd say Yes. You only live once and variety is the spice of life, no? That is, unless the stranger is wearing a trench coat, in which case I avert my eyes from the exhibitionist and go my merry way.

OT: I'd assume they were talking about sex so depending on if I wanted sex with them or not I would say yes.

I really don't understand why more people aren't saying "Would I what?". There's nothing wrong with asking for an elaboration. Of course, you never know when a second question may be at the cost of your life. I'd probably say "nah".
