Never pick up a MMO you've managed to escape once. You might not be so lucky the next time.

Don't go back, if you played before and quit, why would you even think of going back?

... Okay, so I've thought of going back too, but don't, remember what it did to you!

Oh and from what I hear, all of your gear is useless now, so have fun doing everything all over again.

I am a WoW Player, and have been for about a year. And I feel The Wraith of the Lich King has some pretty darn coooool new types of quests. I have done more then one, were you are basically made either an elite, or just plain invulnerable, which is rewarding enough in itself. But then you get some sweet gear for doing it.

Basically Wotlk has improved greatly on trying to make the game less "grindy" and more interesting.

I realize I come off as a bit of a fanboy, but damit its just so awesome!

Wasn't the case for me, the timed intervals of me playing keep getting smaller and smaller to the point now that im wasting 10 bucks :(

1. They're alright, not the best class but far from the worst.
2. Hunters, for sure.
3. Is that a serious question? Of course not.
4. I dunno. It is rather cool and all with WotLK, but it's still WoW. If you didn't like it the last time you played it, odds are it's not going to change.

Oh, and what song is the "No" option from? I could've sworn I've heard those lines somewhere before, and now I'm going to be kept up all night because of it.

1. If you spec Ice your a god
2. Death Knights are OP and they're getting buffed in the next patch
3. After a while it just becomes a dull sting
4. If you want to play WoW and not get addicted do what I did, I share my account with a WoW-addict, I can only play when he's not, it gives me the enjoyment of playing, without me forgetting to do things, like fill out my letter of interest for college (almost done)

I sincerely hope you joke, as I play a hunter, and in PVP we get our heads kicked in on a continuous basis. Paladins are probably best, as you can change from DPS to Tank to Healer (admittedly it costs a lot) quite easily. And its frigging impossible to kill them.

Although admittedly PVE, we do kinda kick ass, especially if we aren't in a group (well I find anyway) then we really shine, but I still wouldn't say we are the best.

... Also rogues kick seven shades of shit out of us.

Unless you're an undead rogue. In fact, essentially the only downside of being one is being hated by everybody that can't handle getting ganked by somebody in leather armor.

Yeah, admittedly if my main was a Pally, I would just be complaining about how rogues kick seven shades of shit out of me...

Oh wait I already did that, cos you do it to hunters to. Is there any class that you don't do it to?

Ah. I play on an RP server, so I don't know heads or tails about PvP. I know that us and rogues are the go-to classes for PvE, though.

I'm indifferent. I chose the second option on the poll for two reasons:

1. I don't play, even though friends of mine do.
2. It's Iron Maiden...yeah, I don't like the band, but the reference made me laugh nonetheless.

I still say WoW is a terible MMO (in terms of the actual game) based on the many others that I have played, but it does have the player base to keep PVP up, PVE contantly being done, and they will probably never stop releasing content so if you can like it then why not. But I still say other games were so much better, but they died out because no one gave them a chance to actually get going (especially SOE killing Star Wars Galaxies, which used to be one of the best MMOs I have ever played).

4. Yes, do it.

Death Knights aren't all that bad. they are pretty killer in arenas though. Personally Mages are definitely the most powerful PVP class overall at the moment.

Blizzard has admitted that currently the PVP is way too bursty. They are trying to find a way around this. Unfortunately considering the decent status of PVE, nerfing the damage values could hurt PVE most.

Don't play WoW if you're a hardcore PVEer. It lost that feeling of satisfaction you get when you down any bosses in a competitive timeframe. Remember in the early days of Pre-TBC? You had guilds doing MC/Ony. Then you had AQ20/AQ40, then you had Naxxramas guilds. The guilds in MC all compete within each other. There were distinct difficulty groups so to speak.

Of course in TBC it started to get more unified. By the time Sunwell came out everyone and their brother had Tier 6 gear. The immense sense of lasting satisfaction for accomplishing some high end content is gone, therefore not worth chasing. If you play WoW do it on a more casual basis. Working your arse off, progressing faster... All worthless when some mindless goon does it on nerfed content and thinks he's hot stuff.

Well, I took a break for my grades. But, went back after getting the expansion for christmas and I have to say its still too good. Although, I will never join a raiding guild again, because thats when your social life ends.

It is still the same crappy game you left no matter what people tell you.
