As it stands, neither. There's a lot that both do that I like (One's controller, PS+) and things I don't like (PS4's controller, Kinect). There's going to be one factor that dictates which one wins my loving affection and I won't know for a few years...
The Games
Hype means nothing to me. Right now, if you put a gun to my head and said I HAD to choose it would be the PS4 because the exclusives Naughty Dog provides (specifically The Last of Us) are better to me than the exclusives Microsoft provides (never was too into Gears, Halo tanked with 434) and PS+ is such a better deal than Live.
Either way, I will tell you in two or three years when there's something worth playing on the systems to tell you which one I'll get (or maybe I'll betray everyone and swing the PC way).

None right now, but if and when I do, it'll be a PS4. I'm not that crazy about exclusives in the first place but Sony seems to get the better ones (or rather the ones I prefer). I always felt the Xbox was more bro-marketed because of all the emphasis on online shooters.
