Poll: You can kill one Mass Effect Squadmate.

It's a toss up between Jacob and Thane. I'd say Garrus, but he's grown on me. Honestly, the fact that he sticks with you in ME2 actually means quite a bit as far as I'm concerned. I mean Garrus is the kind of guy who has your back no matter what.

Unless he's doing callibrations.

The reason for Jacob and Thane is because I never used them. I rarely use Garrus, but as I mentioned a few lines up, I respect his loyalty at least. I'm an infiltrator, so I generally use Tali and Mordin in my lineup to give me some powers and a decent balance of combat ranges.

His personality grates on my nerves, but also rather important, is the fact that his skills really don't do a lot to help the team as compared to other options.

None of them. Plain and simple, I don't want to get rid of any of them.
But if I absolutely HAD to choose, I'd choose Kaidan, though I wouldn't like it.
If I could only choose from ME2, it'd be Jacob, and I wouldn't like that either.
I liked all of the characters (save for Ashley from the first one, who was just dull and... well... bland... and overly patriotic/dumb, and she died in ME1).

I'm surprised that Garrus and Legion are 'Fan favourites.' Garrus won't even speak to you for half the game, and Legion isn't around long enough to really become attached to, although it is perhaps one of the best looking characters in the game.

Hey! Garrus is the most important character in the game! Without his tireless work, the ship would be dangerously uncalibrated!

OT: I honestly didn't find any of the characters unlikable enough to kill, but I'd say Jack because not only is she a mass murderer; she's a bitchy, vain, self victimizing mass murderer.

Liara. No offence to any Liara fans out there, but I never liked her in the first place and I'm getting really tired of Mary Sue status she's been given. I want to be able to kill her if only to make it fair on everyone else.
If every other squadmate can die, didn't get their own comic, their own DLC, their own bishojou statue and weren't presented as the 'default' romance in the game... then Liara should at least be able to DIE.

She's not even the one I dislike the most, Miranda still holds that distinction, but Liara's constant shoving in my face has made me very sick of her. Perhaps it comes from being an Ashley fan and thus having to deal with getting fuck all in regards to attention in Mass Effect 2, but Liara just fills me with resentment and contempt these days.

Let her be able to die, and then I'll be content.

EDIT: Also I'll have you know that after Ashley, Jack is my favorite female character and love interest in Mass Effect so *Blows raspberry* to all of you!
