If I was absolutely sure that it was weed, and there were no coppers around to bust me? You're damn right I'd take it. I'd probably end up smoking it, but not all in one day and certainly not alone.

yeah same, and i am really short on cash, and also have no problem with smoking of marijuana (but am not interested personally), so sell that shit and buy me a new pair of shoes! or some cake. or take a girl on a date. or maybe just grab a plate, grab a mate, and get some burgers. whatever strikes my fancy.Argtee said:

I "come across a bag"? If it looks like garbage and I'm near a trash can, I will probably throw it away without even looking in it. If I'm not near a trash can, I won't even pick it up if I even realize it's there.
But fine, if for whatever reason I open it up you can apply my 'throw it away' decision process from before. Otherwise... determine proximity of a police station, then leave it if it's not worth the trek.

Probably leave it. Never smoked a day in my life, and wouldn't plan on starting with lighting up something I found in a bag just sitting idly on the ground.
Well considering i just opened it, and then if i were to call the police i could get done for possession as my fingerprints are now all over it, i would just leave it for someone else to find.
More trouble than it's worth. Could be any manner of deal or sting and stuffs not worth having anyway. Just keep walking.
