Well ladies and gentlemen in this poll and forum topic we discuss superstition hut not leaving it there we explore it by looking at each others biggest fears when it comes to the unknown and the supernatural, so fellow escapists answer my poll. Oh and for those who laugh in the face of superstitions I have added an anti-superstition option so you aren't left out. Me? Well its the number 13 and a single magpie I see a lot and a lot of shit has been happening so have fun, chera. Sorry if I've left any of them out but still.

I'm not very superstitious at all. It's not like a random occurrence like breaking a mirror is going to magically make my life suck.

What's this with Red and White roses, though? I've never heard of that.

I don't like to break mirrors. Not because I believe it'll give me seven years bad luck, but because most of them are quite expensive and a pain in the arse to clean up...
But no, I'm not really superstitious at all.

I'm not into superstition, I just don't believe that something so basic can give me bad luck .. then again that would be I don't believe in luck.

Well I know I'm superstitious about Spilling Salt.

Walking under a ladder.

I know it sounds dumb, but I SWEAR I did the exact same thing when I was 11, and didn't get my first girlfriend until I was 18.

Edit:
Wow... That's totally lame what I just said... Uh...

I HAVE NO SUPERSTITIOUS FEARS. MWAH HAH HAH HAAAAAH.

13, because that's generally the age where I find that children get more annoying. That, and 10.

(Not that I'm superstitious or anything.)

None really, although I avoid stepping on cracks in the pavement due to a childhood game which me and my friend used to play on the way home from school.

Other.

I do believe in karma, which is superstitious I suppose. But I kind of have good reasons for it.

I suppose from that list it would be walking under ladders, but not because I'm particularly superstitious, but because it's a dumb thing to do, especially for someone of my size.

Technically, it would be very unlucky to have an angry workman and/or his tools fall on you from above because you knocked his ladder trying to be a smartarse, but is misfortune of your own creation actually anything to do with luck or superstition?

I'm not superstitious. I need a real reason to be fearful of something.

The number between 12 and 14. I am RIDICULOUSLY phobic of it. When I see it on a page, I start twitching uncontrollably. Yes, really.
