This is something that I was thinking about the other day. Canada's Food Guide says that the recommended number of servings for people aged 19-50 are: [F=females M=males]
Vegetables&Fruit: 7-8(F) 8-10(M)
Grains: 6-7(F) 8(M)
Milk: 2(F) 2(M)
Meat&Alternatives: 2(F) 3(M)

Teens are generally the same, but they require 3-4 servings of milk instead of 2.
I'm curious, does anyone actually meet these requirements? I know for myself I get maybe one fruit serving a day, maybe two. I get two or three grain servings, like four milk servings, and sometimes I don't eat any meat. I know I don't eat a lot, but I'm just never hungry. I make sure I cook 3 meals a day for my family, and give the kids healthy snacks and stuff, but... I dunno.
And I understand these are just general outlines, that some people are different, some people can't have milk and so on and so fourth. Just... bear with me, here.)
Am I just weird?
TLDR: Do you get the recommended servings of each food group per day?
